HSHS Names System Director of Accountable Care Services

Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS), a leading Catholic health ministry with operations in Illinois and Wisconsin, announced today that Sonia Vasdev has been named its System Director of Accountable Care Services. In this role, she will help drive performance and engagement across the patient care continuum for accountable care, value-based care and population health through the system’s existing and future accountable care structures and payment models. She has been serving in this role in an interim capacity since June 2026.
Vasdev brings a clinical background and more than 10 years of healthcare leadership experience spanning population health, value-based care, behavioral health, clinical research, grant-funded initiatives and health equity. Her expertise includes payer strategy and risk-based contracting, ACO performance, physician and provider engagement, care coordination, quality improvement, analytics and clinical documentation accuracy.
