HSHS Names System Director of Marketing and Brand Experience

Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS), a leading Catholic health ministry with operations in Illinois and Wisconsin, announced today that Erin Dorn has been promoted to a new leadership role, System Director of Marketing and Brand Experience, effective Feb. 1.
Since joining HSHS as Recruitment Marketing Program Manager supporting Talent Acquisition in April 2025, Dorn has made tremendous contributions to the Human Resources team.
In her new role, Dorn will lead marketing, creative services and brand experience strategies across HSHS’ ministries in Illinois, ensuring everything reflects HSHS’ Mission, Vision and Values while advancing systemwide branding, marketing and business development goals.
Dorn has deep experience collaborating with teams to build service line marketing growth. She has extensive expertise in digital lead generation and knowledge on leveraging brand strategy to drive growth. Prior to joining HSHS in talent acquisition, she led marketing and communications initiatives at ThedaCare Regional Medical Centers, Inc. in Wisconsin within the areas of managed care, specialty service lines, surgical services and employer and post-acute services. She was also the Director of Marketing and Communications at Northland Lutheran Retirement Communities, Inc. in Wisconsin. Earlier in her career, she led teams at a marketing agency and in media as the News Director.
She holds a Master of Business Administration in health care administration from St. Norbert College in De Pere, Wisconsin and a Bachelor of Arts in communication from University of Wisconsin-Green Bay in Green Bay, Wisconsin.
