HSHS Medical Group Awards Colleague of the Month to Polly Ripple

HSHS Medical Group is pleased to award Polly Ripple with our July Colleague of the Month Award. Polly is registrar at HSHS Medical Group Multispecialty Care in Decatur, Illinois.
The Colleague of the Month is chosen from nominations submitted by fellow HSHS Medical Group team members. “Polly shows up each and every day with a smile on her face,” her nominator said. “She greets everyone with a compassionate, heartwarming smile and welcoming voice. This world needs more people like Polly.”
When asked what her favorite part of her job is, Polly said, “I’m a people person, so I enjoy the interaction every day with the patients that come into our office.” She said, “My parents taught me to always do my best and if you see a need and you can help, then you should. I try to keep in mind that I don’t know what is going on in the life of our patients before they walk into our office, but I want to at least make their experience in our office a positive one.”
In her free time, Polly enjoys spending time outside taking care of her yard and flowers, as well as spending as much time as she can with her friends and family.
