John M. Kaschke, MD, Joins HSHS Medical Group in O'Fallon

HSHS Medical Group welcomes John M. Kaschke, MD, a family medicine and sports medicine physician, to HSHS Medical Group Family and Sports Medicine - O'Fallon at 670 Pierce Blvd. Dr. Kaschke offers comprehensive family medicine for patients of all ages alongside specialized sports medicine and orthopedic care, addressing everything from routine primary care to muscle, bone and joint pain, sports injuries and movement issues.

As a family medicine physician, he serves as your first point of care for preventive health, ongoing wellness and the everyday concerns of the whole family. In sports medicine, he specializes in nonoperative orthopedic care and ultrasound-guided treatments that support recovery and enhance function. Dr. Kaschke collaborates with patients to create tailored care plans that align with their health goals, prioritizing effective communication and shared decision-making.

He earned his medical degree from Southern Illinois University School of Medicine in Springfield, Illinois. Dr. Kaschke completed his family medicine residency at the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Medicine in Kansas City, Missouri, where he served as chief resident and received the Resident of the Year Award. He also completed a sports medicine fellowship at the same institution.
