HSHS Medical Group is pleased to welcome two new providers bringing advanced specialty care to the O’Fallon area.

Brandy Holthaus, MSN, FNP-C – HSHS Medical Group Orthopedic and Sports Medicine

Brandy Holthaus, MSN, FNP-C, has joined HSHS Medical Group Orthopedic and Sports Medicine, located at 670 Pierce Blvd. in O'Fallon. Holthaus is accepting new patients and brings a focused interest in hand surgery and upper extremity care to the practice.

Holthaus evaluates and manages a wide range of hand conditions, including injuries, repetitive-use concerns and other disorders that affect function and mobility. Drawing on her background in primary care, she provides thorough assessments and works closely with patients to guide treatment plans that may include conservative management or coordination within a surgical care pathway. Her approach emphasizes clear communication, practical recovery plans and helping patients safely return to work and daily activities.

Holthaus earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Saint Louis University in St. Louis and is board-certified as a family nurse practitioner. She is committed to providing thoughtful, patient-centered care that supports healing, restores movement and improves overall quality of life.

Lori Hawkins, APRN – HSHS Medical Group Multispecialty Care at St. Elizabeth’s

Lori Hawkins, APRN, to HSHS Medical Group Multispecialty Care - St. Elizabeth’s at 3 St. Elizabeth’s Blvd., Suite 5000, O’Fallon. She provides compassionate, evidence-based neurology and spine care for adult patients and is now accepting new patients. Hawkins partners with each person on their health journey. Her goal is to improve quality of life, reduce symptoms and help patients stay as active and independent as possible through high-quality, close-to-home neurologic care.

Hawkins cares for patients with a range of neurologic and spine conditions, including chronic headaches, seizure disorders and nerve or memory changes. She believes in listening closely, addressing concerns with empathy and offering clear education so patients feel informed and supported. A U.S. Coast Guard veteran, Hawkins brings a strong sense of service, teamwork and resilience to her practice and values collaboration with referring providers to coordinate comprehensive care.
