Our Student Clinical Observation & Professional Enrichment Opportunity (SCOPE) program offers practical work experience in an environment that emphasizes patient-centered care, while also providing exposure to innovative and emerging concepts in healthcare practice.
Program participants will be supported by mentorship from experienced staff dedicated to investing in students. This is a temporary, unpaid, clinical observation job shadow experience.
Please complete the steps below to participate in a job shadow at HSHS.
- Review the HSHS Job Shadow Policy (Please note: Unit leader/sponsor will provide required orientation the day of the shadow, which includes the completion of the orientation checklist found at the end of the policy.)
- Fill out Attestation Form: Download, complete and submit the HSHS Job Shadow Immunization Attestation with this application (see “Upload HSHS Job Shadow Immunization Attestation” in the form below).
- Download and fill out the Marketing/Photo Consent Form.
- Review and sign the Confidentiality and Security Agreement. If under 18, must be signed by parent/guardian. (see "Upload Confidentiality and Security Agreement" in the form below.)
