The Meds to Beds program delivers discharge prescriptions directly to your hospital room before you leave, ensuring a smooth transition home and removing the need for a separate pharmacy trip.

How It Works

  1. Placed at Discharge When your doctor writes your discharge prescriptions, ask your nurse about enrolling in Meds to Beds.

  2. We Prepare Your Medications Our pharmacy team fills your prescriptions and delivers them to your hospital room before you leave.

  3. Pharmacist Consultation One of our pharmacists will call you to review your medications and answer any questions you have.

  4. Go Straight Home With your medications in hand, you can leave the hospital and head directly home; no pharmacy stop required.

  5. Easy Refills When you need refills, we're happy to transfer your prescriptions to your regular pharmacy for your convenience.
