ER Registration
Patients needing immediate medical attention should go directly to the admission desk in the Emergency Room. At that time patients will be asked for any medical records, financial arrangements and a copy of their insurance card(s). All registration forms must be signed by the patient, a family member or the patient's appointed power of attorney. Patients will be treated as soon as possible, according to medical need and the seriousness of their injury or illness.
Outpatient Registration
Monday - Friday 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Patients coming in for lab work and other routine outpatient procedures should check in at the outpatient registration desk near the main lobby.
