Community Involvement

Each year, HSHS hospitals receive a large number of requests for sponsorships, speakers, health screenings and Community Benefit funding from many worthwhile causes and events in our communities.

Through our mission to reveal and embody Christ’s healing love for all people, we provide health and healing to those who seek our care as well as support local charitable organizations in need.

All requests for support must be submitted through the appropriate form(s) below at least 60 days prior to your event/start of the program. A hospital representative will contact you within two weeks of your form submission.


Request for sponsorship

Sponsorships support and celebrate the great work of organizations in our community. Primarily, sponsorships are awarded for one-time opportunities and events.

Other opportunities for support include:

  • Event speaker
  • Table(s) and/or screenings at a health fair
  • Event volunteers

Community benefit

Community Benefit supports activities intended to address community needs with priority given to initiatives that support mental health, activity and nutrition or bring awareness to alcohol and other drug abuse programs (AODA).
