Prepare For Your Interview
Conduct research on the organization and the job opportunity. Print out proper documentation you might need which could include your resume, portfolio and writing utensils. Write down questions you would like to ask the Hiring Manager or interviewer. Prepare your "selling points" and the reasons you want the job. Practice interviewing with a friend or family member.
Before Your Interview
Know where and when your interview will take place. Plan to arrive to your location at least 10-15 minutes prior. Keep your Talent Acquisition Consultant's number readily available in case you have questions.
During Your Interview
Prior to interview, turn off cell phone or turn on silent. Treat everyone you encounter with respect. Shake hands with interviewer. Listen carefully and make eye contact during interview. Be confident in yourself and share your skills that are related to the position. Ask questions to let the interviewer know you are serious about the position.
After the Interview
Thank the interviewer for their time at the end. Let the interviewer know you are interested in the position. Ask about next steps. Send a personalized thank you letter or email to the interviewer.

Make a great first impression. Practice good manners and body language. Be confident in yourself.
Don’t
Don't speak negatively about your previous employers. Don't be dishonest while answering the questions. Don't answer any phone calls while interviewing.
