FIT KIT at home tests will be available while supplies last. Process instructions will be given at pickup.
People 45 or older or those with an immediate family member who has had a colon cancer diagnosis are eligible for a free kit.
The InSure ONE at-home screening test includes full instructions. To receive results, patients must return the sample to the Outpatient registration desk in Shelbyville by March 28 during normal office hours Monday-Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
