HSHS Medical Group welcomes Family Medicine physician to Shelbyville

HSHS Medical Group is pleased to welcome Poojitha Kolluri, MD, to our medical team. Specializing in family medicine, Dr. Kolluri is now scheduling patients at HSHS Good Shepherd Family Health, located at 207 S. Pine St., Suite E, in Shelbyville, Illinois.
As a primary care physician, Dr. Kolluri cares for patients of all ages and offers a variety of services, including minor procedures, general wellness care, well-child exams and chronic illness management.
Dr. Kolluri earned a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology at University of Guelph in Guelph, Ontario, Canada. She received her medical degree from St. George’s University School of Medicine in Grenada, West Indies. Dr. Kolluri completed a family medicine residency at Bon Secours Mercy Health in Toledo, Ohio.
