I am a licensed clinical social worker. I have a Master's Degree in Social Work from the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana. I have 15 years of experience supporting individuals with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and other life transitions. I believe every person carries within them the strength to heal, and my mission is to help you uncover that light, even in your darkest moments.

I have had the privilege of walking alongside individuals as they rediscover resilience, joy, and self-worth. I believe healing begins with truly feeling heard and I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space for every client I meet. I use a blend of cognitive-behavioral therapy and mindfulness-based techniques, tailored to each person’s unique needs. If you are ready to begin your journey toward healing, I would be honored to walk alongside you. Your story is still being written, and I can help you turn the next chapter into one of hope, healing and possibility.
