The center has one procedure room, and shares three pre-operative rooms and four bays for recovery with the surgical services department. Anesthesia sedation is available to every patient receiving care at HSHS St. Clare Memorial Hospital.

  • Date and time of procedure

  • Health history

  • Home medications

  • Allergies

  • Preparation instructions

  • Address questions or concerns

  • Verify you have a ride home following the procedure
