The Running Performance Program at HSHS St. Elizabeth's is designed to help runners of all levels move more safely and efficiently.

Led by our experienced physical therapy team, the Running Performance Program combines detailed movement analysis, objective gait assessment, and individualized training to address the root causes of running inefficiency and injury.

Whether you're recovering from an injury, managing chronic pain, or simply looking to perform at your best, our certified physical therapists are here to help you reach your goals.

What to Expect

Our one-on-one running assessments are comprehensive and actionable. 

In a single session, you'll receive:

  • A comprehensive assessment of strength, stability, flexibility and mobility
  • Objective gait analysis to evaluate cadence, symmetry, loading patterns and more
  • Education on your findings, in plain language
  • A customized exercise program tailored to your specific goals

Cost & Packages


One-hour running assessments are $165. 

Results and a personalized follow-up plan are provided at the time of your assessment.
