Auxiliary hosts Drive-Thru Dinner

HSHS St. Francis Hospital Auxiliary sponsors Drive-Thru Dinner to benefit Auxiliary Scholarship Fund
The HSHS St. Francis Hospital Auxiliary will sponsor a drive-thru dinner on Monday, June 6 from 5 to 7 p.m. to support the Auxiliary’s scholarship fund.
Dinners must be ordered by May 30 at nelsonscatering.com/St.-Francis-Hospital-Auxiliary, or in the hospital gift shop, or by contacting Jeanne Banovic at 217-273-6716 or Nancy Hyam at 217-254-4442.
The June 6 drive-thru dinner pickup will take place in front of the main hospital entrance.
The meal will feature a grilled pork chop, baked potato, southern style green beans, and a roll, all prepared by Nelson’s Catering with a homemade dessert provided by Auxiliary bakers.
The Auxiliary scholarship fund provides annual awards to students who reside principally in Montgomery or Macoupin counties, have completed one year of college and are pursuing degrees or diplomas in health-related occupations.
“This summer series of drive-thru dinners will benefit our scholarship fund and provide a convenient and safe opportunity to take home a delicious meal while supporting a great cause,” stated Nancy Hyam, Auxiliary president.
Additional drive-thru dinner dates with various menus will take place July 11, August 8, and September 12.
