The HSHS St. Francis Hospital Auxiliary will sponsor a drive-thru dinner on Monday, May 13 from 5 to 6:30 p.m. to support the hospital’s Cancer Center expansion project.
Dinners must be ordered by Monday, May 6. Orders can be placed online here, as well as in the hospital gift shop or by contacting Paula Endress at 217-324-8200.
The May 13 drive-thru dinner pickup will take place in front of the main hospital entrance.
The meal will feature a grilled pork chop, cheddar cheese potatoes, southern style green beans, a roll and a delicious dessert, all prepared by Nelson’s Catering of Springfield. Cost per meal is $14.
“We are excited to be continuing this series of drive-thru dinners that provide a convenient opportunity to take home a delicious meal while supporting our hospital’s Cancer Center and its patients,” stated Paula Endress, Director of Philanthropy at St. Francis.
Additional drive-thru dinners with various menus will take place on June 10, July 8, August 12, September 9 and October 14.
