Our cardiac rehabilitation program will help improve your heart’s future.  Our cardiac rehab is a medically supervised program designed to improve your cardiovascular health if you have experienced heart attack, heart failure, angioplasty or heart surgery.  

Cardiac rehab is an important part of the healing process once you have had a heart attack, stroke or other cardiac event. Our program helps you build strength, increase endurance, learn how to cope with stress, eat healthy and return you to normal life activities.

Program sessions include a variety of aerobic and strength training equipment as well as an education program designed to help you achieve and maintain a healthier life.
