September Diabetes Support Group Date Change

Due to Labor Day, the Diabetes Support Group at HSHS St. Joseph’s Hospital Breese will meet on Monday, September 12 at 4 p.m. in the Heritage Room. The September meeting topic will focus on healthy coping and members are invited to share their favorite recipe(s).

Meetings will return to meeting on the first Monday of the month in October.

The Diabetes Support Group is open to those with diabetes and their family members and/or caregivers. 

Participants will be required to wear non-cloth, medical-grade masks, as masks are still required in health care facilities per Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines.
