A fall, or some other need to call for help, could happen at any time. With the push of a button, LIFELINE cannot only protect a life...it can preserve a cherished way of life by giving seniors the confidence to continue living in their own homes.
Program Information
HSHS St. Mary's Hospital Medical Center's LIFELINE program is staffed by two LIFELINE Specialists who assist with any questions or problems, and who install and maintain your LIFELINE equipment.
When you press your LIFELINE button the call instantly goes to a specialized LIFELINE call center which is staffed with trained Personal Response Associates. The associates have access to your complete profile and critical information and will contact you immediately (in English or your native language) to assist you. Even if you can't answer, LIFELINE sends help at once. Whether it is a neighbor, family member or ambulance, LIFELINE will send the help you need right away.
There is a small installation fee and the LIFELINE service costs about a dollar a day. There is no charge to you for the LIFELINE unit itself. There is no long-term contract and you may cancel at any time.
