920-433-8620 [email protected]Each year, we join together to honor and remember our loved ones through a memorial Mass and the lighting of the Love Lights Christmas trees. The names of those being recognized will be on display throughout the Christmas season next to the Love Lights tree.
To include your loved one in this year’s Love Lights, please complete the donation form by Dec. 13. All proceeds from Love Lights will support compassionate care for our patients.
