We have partnered with the teams at Prevea, Oakleaf, HSHS Residency Program and HSHS St. John’s School of Nursing to provide you with the most advanced, innovative care possible, with an emphasis on the health and quality of life for every patient.

 

HSHS Sacred Heart Hospital maintains an affiliation with OakLeaf Medical Network, a physician-directed, patient-centered health services network that provides care in small, personalized settings throughout communities in northwestern Wisconsin. This network includes more than 150 medical professionals in 41 participating physician offices and clinics.
