Colorectal Cancer Screening kits

Thursday, March 27 | 5 to 7 p.m.

Kits will be available to be picked up on Thursday, March 27 at HSHS St. John’s Pavilion from 5 to 7 p.m. while supplies last.
 
The free FIT kit contains instructions and supplies for patients to collect a stool sample. Patient must return the sample to the HSHS St. John's Cancer Center by April 7, 2025, during normal office hours Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. 

St. John’s laboratory will analyze, and results will be reviewed by a physician, then provided to each participant and their primary care provider.
