Colorectal Cancer Screening kits

Thursday, March 26 | 5 to 7 p.m.

Kits will be available to be picked up on Thursday, March 27 at HSHS St. John’s Pavilion from 5 to 7 p.m. while supplies last.
 
People 45 or older or those with an immediate family member who has had a colon cancer diagnosis are eligible for a free kit.

The InSure ONE at-home screening test includes full instructions. Patients must return the sample to the HSHS St. John’s Cancer Center by April 7 during normal office hours Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

St. John’s laboratory will analyze, and results will be reviewed by a physician, then provided to each participant and their primary care provider.
