In-person Diabetes Support Group returns August 4

The Diabetes Support Group at HSHS St. Joseph’s Hospital Highland will hold its first in-person meeting in over a year on Thursday, August 4 at 4 p.m. in the Frisse Conference Room. In-person meetings were temporarily suspended for safety due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The Diabetes Support Group is open to those with diabetes and their family members and/or caregivers. In celebration of this return meeting, participants will receive a small gift at the August 4 meeting. The group will continue to meet on the first Thursday of each month.
Participants will be required to wear non-cloth, medical-grade masks, as masks are still required in health care facilities per Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines.
