HSHS Sacred Heart Hospital maintains an affiliation with OakLeaf Medical Network, a physician-directed, patient-centered health services network that provides care in small, personalized settings throughout communities in northwestern Wisconsin. This network includes more than 150 medical professionals in 41 participating physician offices and clinics.
