Hospital Leadership

HSHS St. Clare Memorial Hospital is part of the Wisconsin division of Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS). The Wisconsin division consists of hospitals in Green Bay, Sheboygan, Oconto Falls, Eau Claire and Chippewa Falls.

Our HSHS Wisconsin annual report is a summary of our achievements and an active means of highlighting the vital role our hospitals have within the communities we serve. 2020 HSHS Wisconsin Annual Report

Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP)

HSHS St. Clare Memorial Hospital has a long history of collaborating with the Oconto County Public Health Department planning for our community‘s future health needs. We worked with the Oconto County Health Department to identify Oconto County’s top health issues through the Community Health Improvement Process (CHIP). Representatives of HSHS St. Clare Memorial Hospital served on both the steering committee for this project and the community partner meetings where the priorities were identified. Action plans were developed by identifying community strengths, existing resources, and gaps.
