Stroke support group

The Northeast Wisconsin Stroke Support Group is open to stroke survivors , caregivers, family and friends. The purpose of the Stroke Support Group is to Promote an increased understanding of stroke through written materials and guest speakers, sharing of concerns by stroke sufferers and their caregivers, as well as opportunities for increased community involvement and social interaction.

The group typically meets the second Thursday of every month from 4 to 5:30 p.m. Please call (920) 433-0111 to verify, as schedule does change.

Brain injury support group

The brain injury support group offers assistance to those who have sustained a brain injury due to trauma, as wewll as their friends and family members. Those who attend receive education, information, support, ecouragement and opportunities for socialization.

Safe Driving Assessment

 

Safe driving assessments are available to patients who have experienced physical changes due to age or disability, such as stroke, arthritis or Parkinson’s, or mental changes, such as slower reflexes, memory issues and/or difficulty maintaining focus.
