Has had a concusion and needs to recover before returning to a sport or activity.
Facts About Falls
- One in three adults age 65 and older fall each year.
- Falls are the leading cause of injuries for people age 65 and older.
- 20 to 30 percent of people who suffer moderate to severe fall injuries have difficulty living independently and have an increased risk of early death.
- Balance training has shown beneficial results with a diminished risk of falls.
Program Details
- The program includes 30-minute sessions for balance training and strengthening exercises.
- All visits will be conducted by a certified athletic trainer.
- Program Fee: $99; Includes eight 30-minute sessions. Cash or checks accepted. Insurance will not be billed.
