HSHS Medical Group welcomes Jordan Handlin, FNP-C, to its team at HSHS Good Shepherd Rural Health Clinic located at 207 S. Pine St., Suite E, in Shelbyville. Handlin is now available to see patients of all ages.
Handlin specializes in family practice, women’s health and pediatrics. With experience in emergency and acute care, she is committed to preventive medicine, early intervention and patient education. Handlin believes in building trust with patients, ensuring they feel heard, respected and involved in their health decisions. Her patient care philosophy centers on compassion, education and partnership. She strives to create a welcoming environment and is passionate about helping patients achieve their best possible health.
She holds a Master of Science in nursing as a family nurse practitioner and maintains certifications in Basic Life Support, Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support, Trauma Nursing Core Course, Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course and Neonatal Resuscitation Program. Handlin is also an active member of several professional organizations.
