Held the third Thursday every other month, this free informational program offers various topics to help seniors take control of their health and healing. The program and luncheon will be held at 11 a.m. at the Senior Services of Effingham County-Activity Center, 209 South Merchant Street in Effingham. The topics will be presented by the expert doctors and colleagues of HSHS St. Anthony’s.
