HSHS Medical Group welcomes board certified internal medicine doctor, Jacinta Green, to Clinton County Rural Health - Breese, located at 9401 Holy Cross Lane, Breese. Dr. Green provides family medicine care for patients of all ages, including preventive services, routine visits and management of common illnesses and chronic conditions.
Care is centered on supporting patients and families through each stage of life with consistent, comprehensive primary care. Dr. Green earned her medical degree from Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science, North Chicago. She completed an internal medicine residency at Rush University Medical Center, Chicago, and a cardiology fellowship at the University of Florida College of Medicine, Jacksonville, Florida. Dr. Green is board certified in internal medicine and procedural medicine.
