Spring Health Fair Scheduled for March 7

HSHS St. Joseph’s Hospital Breese will host a health fair Saturday, March 7 from 6-10 a.m. in the hospital’s medical office building, 9515 Holy Cross Lane, Breese, Illinois.
Participants should park in the main parking lot located off Holy Cross Lane and enter through the medical office building door, located west of the main entrance.
Please wear short-sleeved shirts to make the process easier.
Participants can elect to receive the following screenings at the listed prices:
All participants must register through MyHSHS online medical record portal.
Those wanting to attend must preregister for an appointment online through MyHSHS, powered by MyChart, a free online personal health record that you can access securely from your home computer, laptop or mobile device.

When you log in to your MyHSHS account, follow these steps to access the registration for HSHS St. Joseph’s Hospital Breese’s Health Fair:
The health fair is a self-pay service. No payments will be taken at the time of preregistration; payment will be expected the day of the health fair by cash or check. Please arrive at your scheduled time with exact cash or a check written out to HSHS totaling the amount of health fair services you have scheduled.
St. Joseph’s Hospital will not bill insurance plans for any services rendered. You may submit your health fair receipt to your insurance plan, but St. Joseph’s Hospital will not be able to provide an insurance claim.
HSHS St. Joseph’s Hospital will post results to attendees’ MyHSHS accounts. No test results will be mailed or faxed to a participant’s health care provider. The responsibility for initiating follow-up examinations for abnormalities identified at the health fair lies with the person responsible for their own health and not with any participating organization.
Please note, there will be no fall health fairs for Breese, Highland or Greenville in 2026.

- Comprehensive Panel ($50)
- A 10-hour fast required – drinking water only; no gum, hard candy, sugar or sweeteners.
- Prostate-Specific Antigen (PSA) Screenings ($20)
- Hemoglobin A1C ($15)
- Vitamin D Screening ($15)

- Click on the Southern Illinois Health Fair.
- Answer symptom checker.
- Choose test(s).
- Schedule appointment.
- Make sure you select HSHS St. Joseph’s Hospital Breese as location and follow steps to select desired appointment time.
