We are dedicated to your well-being and we wish for you and your child to celebrate and enjoy countless more birthdays. That's why we've compiled this birthday checklist for you!
- Check in on your health. When is the last time you had a physical? Are you up to date on your health screenings and vaccines? Not sure where to start? Click here for adults. Click here for kids.
- Plan a party, go to your favorite restaurant or have a quiet day at home.
- Treat yourself to something special. Maybe that's doing your favorite activity, playing your favorite game or taking a trip to a spa.
