Occupational Therapy
Our occupational therapists help patients of all ages who have physical, developmental, emotional and social needs. Through rehabilitation, we teach the skills they need to lead independent and productive lives. Our therapists help patients rebuild motor skills and relearn the activities of daily living, such as feeding, bathing, grooming and cooking. Treatment may include instruction in the use of splints and adaptive equipment. Occupational therapists also help patients and their families make adjustments to their homes that best meet any special needs. Our OT’s also treat upper extremity disorders including diagnoses associated with the arm and hand.
