The Wisconsin division consists of hospitals in Green Bay, Sheboygan, Oconto Falls, Eau Claire and Chippewa Falls, under the leadership and direction of Andy Bagnall, President and CEO, HSHS Wisconsin.

Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP)

HSHS St. Mary’s Hospital Medical Center has a long history of collaborating with the Brown County Public Health Department to plan for our community‘s future health needs. We worked with the Brown County and City of DePere Health Departments to identify Brown County’s top health issues through the Community Health Improvement Process (CHIP). Representatives from HSHS St. Mary’s Hospital Medical Center served on both the steering committee for this project and the Community Partner meetings where the priorities were identified. Action plans were developed by identifying community strengths, existing resources and gaps.
