Pain can touch every part of your life — your body, your mood and your spirit. Our pain management team takes time to understand what you’re going through. Together, we build a care plan that fits your life and helps you find lasting relief.

You’ll see your provider at our specialty clinic right here at the hospital. If you need a procedure, we can take care of that here too — no need to travel far from home.

Conditions We Treat

We treat many types of acute and chronic pain, including:

  • Abdominal wall pain
  • Headaches and facial pain
  • Hip, thigh and buttock pain
  • Knee pain
  • Leg pain or sciatica
  • Low back pain
  • Neck pain and whiplash
  • Nerve pain
  • Shoulder pain

Services & Procedures

We use Botox to block the nerve signals that make muscles tighten up. It can help ease pain from chronic migraines, muscle spasms and ongoing muscle tension.
We inject medicine near your spine to calm swollen nerves and ease pain from a herniated disc, spinal stenosis or sciatica.
We inject medicine into the small joints of your spine to find the source of your pain and bring relief from arthritis or joint swelling.
We inject pain-relieving medicine directly into a sore joint to cut down on pain and swelling.
If a spinal fracture is causing your pain — often from osteoporosis — we use a small amount of bone cement to stabilize the bone and help restore its shape.
We inject medicine near a specific nerve to stop pain signals in their tracks. This can give you short-term relief and help us pinpoint where your pain is coming from.
We use a small sample of your own blood to create a solution that helps your body heal. It can reduce pain in sore tendons, ligaments, muscles and joints.
We use gentle heat to quiet the nerves that are sending pain signals. This can give longer-lasting relief for chronic neck or back pain caused by arthritis.
We place a small device near your spine that sends mild electrical pulses to change how your brain reads pain signals. It’s a long-term option for hard-to-treat chronic pain.
We inject medicine into tight, painful muscle knots to release tension and ease conditions like fibromyalgia or ongoing muscle pain.

What to Expect

You will need a referral from your doctor to see a pain management provider. If you don’t have one, our clinic can help you get one.

Once you’re referred, you’ll have a full exam and review of your health history. From there, we’ll build a care plan made for you — one that fits your goals, your history and your life.
