St. Anthony's Convenient Care is a better, faster and more comprehensive approach for patients needing urgent care who need a doctor after normal hours but do not necessarily need an emergency room. With experienced medical experts you know and trust, and more convenient evening and weekend hours, we're committed to delivering the highest level of care, right when you need it. Office visit with primary care provider
Your primary care physician or provider oversees your general health - your home base for health care. Dr. Andrew Poulos is accepting new patients. Call 217-347-0458 to make an appointment or schedule online.

Most problems can be taken care of quickly and at a lower cost by calling your provider for an office visit, including:

For non-life threatening injuries and illnesses when your doctor is not available. Consider convenient care for:

Emergency Care
For life threatening injuries and illnesses or symptoms of a heart attack or stroke, call 911. Seek emergency care for:
