Special Golf Benefit Event set for June 27

June 03, 2025

The HSHS St. Francis Foundation invites the community to join them at a Golf Benefit Friday, June 27 at the Litchfield Country Club. This special event is being held as one of many activities being hosted by St. Francis Hospital throughout the year as they celebrate their 150 years of caring for the community.

Registration begins at 8 a.m. with a 9 a.m. tee-off time for the four-person scramble event. Golfers can participate in mulligans, on-course contests and more activities. There will be complimentary hors d'oeuvres, beverages and prizes following play.

Proceeds from this benefit will support the hospital's Family Maternity Center and its patients.

Paula Endress, St. Francis Hospital’s Philanthropy Manager, said, “Our donors and supporters play an integral role in enhancing the care St. Francis Hospital provides to our patients and community each year. This 150th Anniversary is a perfect opportunity to gather together to enjoy a day of golf and support those served by our Family Maternity Center,” she said. “We invite anyone interested in supporting our community hospital to consider sponsoring or participating in our golf event.”

Endress also acknowledges and thanks the members of the Golf Benefit Planning Committee for their commitment of time and support for this event. The committee members are Steve Bryant, Curt Faas, Eric Heyen, Tim Langen, Jim Martin, Laura Peterson and John Winans.

Area residents and community advocates who would like to become a sponsor or enter a team of four can find more information or register here by June 20.
