"Hoops for Hope" Pink-out Game Raises Awareness for Those Fighting Cancer

HSHS St. Joseph's Hospital Highland thank all who joined them at the "Hoops for Hope" Cancer Awareness Pink Out games on Dec. 5. The Highland High School Girls Junior Varsity and Varsity teams, and Boys Varsity team, faced Mascoutah High School in a night dedicated to raising awareness for those fighting cancer of any kind. Highland High School Girls Junior Varsity (JV) and Varsity, and Boys Varsity will compete against the Mascoutah High School teams to raise money to support those who are fighting cancer of any kind. A portion of the proceeds will go towards the HSHS Cancer Care Closet, providing free wigs, hats, scarves and other head coverings as well as free chemo kits for men and women.
