HSHS Medical Group welcomes Umama Sadia, MD, a board-certified family medicine physician, to HSHS Medical Group Family Health – Chatham, located at 125 Plummer Blvd., Suite A. She provides care for patients of all ages. Services include preventive care, routine checkups and management of acute and chronic conditions. Care also includes screenings and treatment for common illnesses. The focus is on supporting long-term health.

She is board certified through the American Board of Family Medicine.
