Umama Sadia, MD Joins Family Health in Chatham

HSHS Medical Group welcomes Umama Sadia, MD, a board-certified family medicine physician, to HSHS Medical Group Family Health – Chatham, located at 125 Plummer Blvd., Suite A. She provides care for patients of all ages. Services include preventive care, routine checkups and management of acute and chronic conditions. Care also includes screenings and treatment for common illnesses. The focus is on supporting long-term health.

A practical, patient-centered approach guides each visit. Dr. Sadia listens carefully and explains conditions in clear terms. Care plans are developed to reflect each patient’s needs and daily life. The goal is to help patients understand their health, address concerns early and feel confident in their care decisions.

Medical training includes a medical degree (MBBS) from Aga Khan University in Karachi, Pakistan. Dr. Sadia completed a family medicine residency at the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha, Nebraska. Additional training includes a Patient-Centered Medical Home quality improvement fellowship at West Virginia University in Morgantown, West Virginia. She is board certified through the American Board of Family Medicine.
