HSHS St. Vincent Hospital welcomes first baby of 2026

Welcome to the world, Sawyer!

GREEN BAY, Wis. – HSHS St. Vincent Hospital is pleased to introduce the first baby born in 2026. Sawyer was born at 1:30 a.m. on Jan. 1, 2026, weighing 5 lbs., 14 oz. and measuring 19.6 in. long. He and his parents are from Green Bay.

Sawyer came into the world earlier than expected and is currently in excellent hands within the HSHS St. Vincent Children’s Hospital NICU.

His mom, Grace, is also healthy and recovering well.

HSHS St. Vincent Hospital wishes Sawyer, Grace, their loved ones, and all in the community a happy and healthy new year.
