Come and join us for an evening of open discussion on birth experiences. Some birth experiences are wonderful and others can bring unexpected outcomes. Ultimately, we want a healthy baby and mama.
Some experiences need to be discussed with peers or your group leader. This is a safe, judgement free space for pregnant and postpartum women to come share their birth stories or to just hear others.
You may bring a support person with you or you may come by yourself. Either way, we are here for you! Everyone has a different outlook and experience when it comes to labor, delivery, birth and postpartum. Sometimes it is just helpful to talk amongst others that have experienced similar situations. This helps ease our mind, connect with others and can help improve our mental health.
Registration is required. If bringing a support person, you do not need to register the support person. Light snacks provided.
