Send Word Now is the HSHS mass notification system that allows you to receive emergency alerts on your personal devices.

Please note:

You must select at least one phone (voice call or text) and one email option (personal or student email) to ensure you can receive emergency notifications as quickly as possible.

If you are currently employed by HSHS St. John’s Hospital, or obtain employment during your education at St. John’s College of Nursing, your personal information will be pulled and updated monthly from your PeopleSoft account.
