How to Submit a Complaint

  1. Informal Resolution (when appropriate): 
    • Start by addressing concerns directly with the person or department involved. 
    • Faculty or staff may help escalate if needed. 
  2. Formal Complaint Process: 
    • Submit a written complaint using the Complaint Submission Form
    • Required fields include: 
      •  Your name and contact info 
      •  Nature of the complaint 
      •  Relevant date(s) 
      •  Steps already taken 
      •  Desired resolution 
  3. Confidential Reporting: 
    • Use Title IX Form or contact Counseling Services for confidential options (for harassment, sexual misconduct, retaliation, etc.).
