Transcript and Degree Verification Requests
Transcript requests must be submitted via our St. John’s College Parchment Storefront. Both electronic delivery via secure email (PDF) or via traditional mail delivery are available. Once all degree requirements are met and the degree is conferred, official transcripts will reflect degree completion. Please note that processing times can vary depending on the selected delivery method, the date of the request, and the time since your last enrollment.
Degree and enrollment verification letters can also be ordered via the St. John’s College Parchment Storefront link.
If you are an employer/HR representative, nursing board, or background screening company requesting attendance and degree verification for employment or licensure purposes, you may utilize the Parchment Storefront or contact our Registrar via email or fax 217-757-6870.
The request must include the following and must come from an official designated by the employer/organization and include the official's name, title, email address, and phone number.
- The current/former student's full legal name and date of birth
- An email address or fax number for reply
- An Authorization for Release of Records including the student's signature (fax "copy" or e-signature acceptable).
