Alumni Spotlight: Alicia Bellm

Alicia Bellm, a recent graduate of St. John's College of Nursing, is determined to make a significant impact in the field of midwifery.

Bellm recently participated in a medical mission trip to Africa, where she assisted a midwife in delivering babies and providing postpartum care.

Reflecting on her future aspirations, Bellm said, "So I think that my end goal is to become a midwife and kind of do, be more of a main person involved in the delivery, I really love the idea of home births so fingers crossed one day I can get around to that."

During her mission, Bellm had the unique opportunity to name one of the babies she helped deliver, marking a memorable experience in her budding career.
